That doesn't look "Unsafe at any speed" to me. A real cool car. A buddy of mine had one of those and I remember being very jealous as I toddled along in my 1200cc VW.

Someone around the corner from me is building a 1:1 version of it currently.

It is sitting in primer in a driveway and looks to be in fairly decent shape.

You don't see these cars much anymore.....

Old school - I conversed with John yesterday about it.

This is an all-new 3D body - the Aurora one was way too wrong for me to work on any longer.

Lots of work has been done but it still looks rough. New wheel lips, better headlight buckets, etc. Still have tons to do though. I plan on providing the optional rear spoiler and window spars from the Yenko version.

That is definitely cool, and my favorite body style of Corvair to boot. May have to get one those when they are available. :)
