I have seen people stand back and scratch there head's longer than its taking you to build this oval! That looks like it should be great to run on, The banking looks great to me also. whats the paint color choice? with all those indy cars I kinda think it wont be dirt!

I did a flat gray with a watered down flat black on the road course,it looks better in person,but I was able to brush in some "active" tire marks on corners and pit area.

Dave, I'm thinking doing the same thing. 3x8 oval on 2x2's wired for plug and play. Out 3/8 mdf if I can find some. One lane with crossover and dead strip. Late winter project though.

Wonder if instead of colors, you could just number them at the start finish and maybe staggered on the back stretch?
(and age that in with the asphalt?)
Might give a cool look?
