That looks great! All crossed up and sideways too. Needs at least some dust on it... Great work, and photograpany is always pleasant to view. Any mods to the chassis?

No mods allowed, well other than some balance weight. The tuning is basically limited to blue printing.

I've got a special soft spot in my heart for rallye cars. I drive my '06 MINI Cooper S R53 flat out everyday over the mountain through the tarmac twisties to work about 12 miles. Studded Hankook Winter 409 iPikes, limited slip diff, JCW go fast goodies. Today... Well, a little snowy and 24deg F which makes for some great throttle lift oversteer :clap:

Back to rallying. I live in northern Vermont and this is rallye central here with Libra Racing and Vermont SportsCar. In 1996 I designed Vermont SportsCar's corporate logo which they still use today. You'll see it on the front of every Subaru USA Rallye team car. That and around the same time illustrated John Buffum's Audi S2 quattro winning the Camino del Inca rallye in Peru. These are limited edition signed prints by John himself.

Sorry, this is OT :text-threadjacked: But just sporting the rallye love! Back to your beautiful WRP - love the logo upgrade so right!

Thompson, it's always good to find other rallye fans. The fan base tends to be a bit Euro-centric.

This proxy goes to Australia, Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Italy and Greece. We used to have a stop in Oregon with Reek455, but he dropped out last year. :(

The car looks great, the scenery fantastic. In the 4th picture, is that a cracked tarmac effect on the track or trick of the light? As regards the livery on the model, is that from a real car raced in 'stralia? And the decals, home-made or ...? All together, it looks very convincing. Hope the car goes as well as it looks. Good luck in the race.
