Try coating the front treads with clear nail polish or CA glue to achieve zero traction. They simply roll along for the ride... clear polish is the easiest to work with... Hansens Hard As Nails Clear Hardener... Walmart...$3.95

I added the SCC stub axle conversion to my Cheeta with great results.

I changed the front guide out to B-Nova/Slot.it. Setting the height in front helps a great deal.
