So talk to me about tuning track... Ninco to be specific...

Yes, Ninco track.. Over there at MPR (Mount Pleasant Raceway) we ran into some issues while doing some track maintenance. Specifically, we ran into some electrical connection issues that we finally tracked (get it? ) down to the lug or pin that connects one section to the next coming loose in it's crimped rail. Also that the rails on the receiver track could "spread" a bit and not make a good connection. The second part is easy to fix. a slight crimp with a flat blade screwdriver and we are good to go. The first part however... Perhaps if I was better at soldering I could solder it into the rail. But I am not that good and I am open to suggestions.

Found a picture!

The pin (or lug) on the right can come loose where it is crimped to the rail. Anyone have an easy fix?
