I usually do a couple coats of Intercoat clear and color sand that. I get a little heavy handed on the sanding sometimes. End with Urethane clear.

Great Tutorial, maybe it's time to stop using rattle cans, and be brave and lash out on some painting gear.

Beleive it or not you can get some pretty neat paint jobs with a rattle can. My 41 Willy's In the holeshot alley was done with rattlecans

Nice paint jobs....Back in the 60's I used to cut a slit in cardboard and spray through that to do fogging of one color to another, no airbrush back then...And tape off a panel and paint through lace....those were the days, milling over old hot rod and car craft mags to get ideas....
