Hey doc what type of glue do you recommend using on the valances?

I use standard CA / Superglue. It has always held up well for me.

Thanks that's what I just used to put chassis mounts in my Shotgun sedan but I also added bakingsoda for support!

That should work just fine. Hot glue would too. I've never been too worried about exploding parts...I mean that would be realistic, especially if it is Bibbster in the lane next to me...

I also meant to say that the "new" stock tires are actually pretty good! Much better than the old ones. I still went with PG but trued them and tested them just for fun. Certainly a cheaper alternative, just not as fast.

Good to hear that the "new" factory tires are stickier, since the car comes with a thinner magnet (notice that the Cougar, Challenger and Falcon XB all had the new "thin" magnet) Since I am required to run stock tires for our class at the local track (routed wood with magnabraid) - more grip is always a good thing! :D

Good stuff Dave! The Challenger looks great with the lower stance and the body notched for the pipes. I am going to have to try and replicate these tips for mine. Got the Cougar done just need to get to work on the Challenger now.

Great job as always. I was curious as to how I was going to get the exhaust on the Challenger right, now I know. I'm mostly done with the Cougar just waiting for the lead weight to come in. I have the Challenger apart along with the Petty Mustang. Should finish them all soon. :)
