Skull 1969 Z28 on the road!!

Boyz are stumped on this one as you can see in the photo's!!

Snaptite $10 kit that they wouldn't touch the graphics, and put a Pioneer chassis and motor under.

Thoughts?????

Man! The Boyz sure know how to pick 'em! That looks like it is going to be AWESOME! :banana-dance:

With those wild graphics, it will be interesting to see if they decide to get a little radical with this one... Maybe give it a pro street - big & little treatment?

Any way the Boyz go though - that Camaro will definitely be an attention getter! :D

I used this very same body, $9.95 from local dept. store, mounted it to a Carrera chipped, Riley MKXX slot.it chassis with 40K NSR motor, had to gut some of the interior, left the dash in place, wheelbase & width was very good, car runs & looks good & it hauls a$$!. Nothing wrong using this body, I say go for it!! ugly color? paint is cheap! my .02 worth

Any chance you can blend some paint around the graphics so you can still paint the car? They'd look awesome on a black car. Flame in an outline and mask over the graphics.

Just did one of these too.
Not a skull kinda guy here.
I wonder what black from bottom up to the top of the fender ridge would look like :?:
Maybe try it with some water based wash off paint.
Would be like a reverse of the Cuda with a black hood.
I also think the "skull cap" on the top was odd :text-nocomment:
That's all from the peanut gallery!

The Boyz sure appreciated the recommendations from "around the world" on their quandary of what to do with this 1969 Z28!!

They came up with a flat black accent along the natural lines of the car.

Now to put it all back together!!

The Boyz created as subdued bright orange 1969 Camaro Z28 with a big skull on the hood as they could!!

The Boyz ask rehashing the age old question "does skull size matter?"
