A couple of concerns regarding the Corvair. There were never any two seat or 4 cylinder Corvairs that I am aware of.

Lynne, the "basic" MGB was always a 4 cyl, the MGC was a 6 cyl and the MGB GT V8 was a 3500. The "C" had a teardrop bulge in the bonnet while V8 cars had a virtually full width bulge.

A friend of mine always referred to MGBs as 2 door Morris Oxfords as they had the same running gear, O-series 1.8 liter engines.
The MGC I think was the 6 cylinder and then they went back to the B and put the Rover/Buick V8 optionally in the MGB GT.

I just remember the Rover V8 in the MGB GT. MGB has got to go down in history as one of the most successful British sports cars in terms of sales.

Just to let you lads know that the Sunbeam Alpine is still available from Pendles on the resin page under "resin bodies" rather than one of specific resin manufacturers. I just bought one.
