Autoworld Ho drag strip

Postby HRWJim » Wed Oct 17, 2012 1:27 pm

When was the last time you drug yours out? My son had a day off from school today and he a two of his buddies came over this morning and wanted to know if they could set up the drag strip. I have a full 1/4 mile with a shout down area. We only had a couple hours to spare as Jake had a doctors appointment at 1:30. We had it set up and the rails cleaned in 20 min. and a new set of batteries. We had 4 classes. Funny car, Pro stock, Johnny Lightening and copper stock as I called it. They had a blast! Between the red lights and cars de-slotting there was enough yelling and cheering that they all agreed to come back after his appointment. I forgot how much fun this was. Jim

hey Jim,
Good to hear that ya'll are enjoying the set!
They are a lot of fun.
I've been messing with mine for a couple of days.
One of the neatest sets AW has put out..

Chris you need to to do it. I would suggest buying a little more track for a run off area. A few of the cars needed it. JIm
