Isn't Bundaberg where there were bad floods?
A long time ago, I saw a product that may have come from there. It was a lemon bitters, which is unusual, as bitters are usually anise based, hence useful in drinks with absenthe. Where I come from, there is a sort of regional historical favorite, called a Sazerac (made with rye, absenthe and a local bitters called Dr. Peychaud's), otherwise I might not have even noticed bitters that were made from lemon.
