I'm thinking about doing two. I want to do one just for meanness, but I have ordered another one for serious.

I'm planning a willys pickup. Model is currently in transit to me. I'm interested to see everyones truck.

H&R chassis. I haven't mustered enough gumption to try scratchbuilding one yet. That's on the schedule for one of shotgun Dave's sedans or coupes.

Never mind, I just called them and incredibly, I ordered the stuff I wanted with it, and forgot to order the truck. I just ordered it for real this time. Of all the things I lost in life, its my mind I miss the most...

Unbelievable. This is how my summer has been all along the way. One nutty thing after another. Maybe its me that's nuts, eh? It turns out I did order my Willys truck. It arrived today, from a dealer I had completely forgotten existed. Meanwhile, last night I checked on the order I thought I made and found I didn't order it there and ordered it before I got off the phone. So, in a few days, I'll have two Willys trucks, a '40 and a '41! Good thing I really like the old Willys. I'd have felt pretty stupid with two models I don't like. A long time ago I ordered two Cougars to do TransAm cars from, and when they arrived they were altered wheelbase drag cars, and completely unusable, not to mention they were the wrong year. I still have them taking up space. One of these days, they are oval bound, hacked to pieces and mean lookin'.

Went crazy with the grinder, chopped the roof a quarter of an inch, added fender flairs to the front and raised the rear fenders up







easy box chassis and a solid brass bulkhead I made from some 1X1 brass
