We generally wear some bling during the trip (shoes, watch) but not the whole enchilada. TSA won't be an issue as we are driving; however, Dickie's route takes him into Canada. Hmmm....maybe it's time to place an "anonymous" phone call...

Car prep continues until race day. Many hours spent truing supertires on cbdesign wheels.

We'll see, John! These team races are never won by the top dogs, they're won and lost by the #3, #4, and #5 drivers (on a 5-driver team). I know SCC's drivers could all be #1 drivers on other teams, so our work is cut out for us. But if all else fails, we can fall back on our secret weapon -- the Atomic Wedgie. Even the best driver can't concentrate when their Fruity Loom's waistband is pulled over their forehead.

Made it to Rob and Yvonne's around 7, and had a great supper ready for us when we arrived.
After a really sweet dessert, it was off to the basement to race on Rob's track. What a fun track to drive!
