Race Day dawned bright and clear. The teams were busy preparing cars and equipment early. The conditions were dry and the track was perfect!
Trans-Am cars beginning to arrive at the Palmer Divide Raceway for qualifying:

The racing was exciting! Each car had been prepared as their owners saw fit and this led to a very diverse, yet competitive field!
After a 2-lap technical inspection to ensure that the cars could power their way around the track, the cars were arranged into their starting grid, the timing system was fired up, and we were off to the races.
The cars were great once again! Lots of fun to drive and a great joy to look at running on the PDR. I cannot thank the entry builders enough, it was truly a pleasure to participate again this year.
Once again, I've created individual photos of the cars on the track in the newly revamped PDR pits - please feel free to use and post at will. You can find those here: http://rmsresins.com/2013-trans-am-proxy-race.html
