Buick Regal 1/32 under construction

Heres some in progress pictures of the NASCAR Buick Regal project. its based on an 1/32 MPC snap fit model kit.



Here you can see the mods I did to the body. 1.5mm chop and widened fenders to be more like the real car. I use 1/24 Monogram model kit Regal for reference.



I plan on doing a mold and casting it when its done.



Its on a SCX Nextel Cup Chassis for now. I going to do a scratch chassis. Dont know what Ill do for that yet.

Nice kit and project. Yes, easily these cars are needed in our hobby...for now I guess we make our own.

Looking good. That chassis is a good choice too, should be easy enough to use.

That looks awesome! I would be in for one of those, now we just need the Pontiacs, Chevy, Olds, and Fords from the same time and we can have a incredible field!
