1:1 Slot cars at Watkins Glen ~ May 13-15

A few people know I have raced cars in a previous life so I thought since these days I spend more time on this site than motorsport.com - I'd invite anyone in the Watkins Glen area to the races....
The show consists of modern day Trans-Am - Miata MX5 Cup - maybe some other group(?) - open wheel racing is Formula Atlantic, Formula Ford and F2000 cars.
I know I've seen somebody posting 1/32 races in Horseheads NY down the road....

The races haven't been well advertised - so maybe I can double the attendance with my offer!

You can come in for free under my entry if you let me know by this Thursday... You have to be at the track before 10 to get in.... Sunday looks like great weather....

I'll be driving a factory backed Radon Sport F2000 car for the weekend - I'm hoping it's a bit like driving a bike :doh:
I'll be at Mid-Ohio and VIR at some point as well - they just put the car together - so I haven't looked down the line yet!

Actually, that looks like great fun and I wish you all the best for your race. If I still lived in Toronto, I would be tempted to drive down to the Glen, but it's a bit far from Vancouver, eh?
