@ JT - I actually like the forward wheel look especially with the small wheels being using.

While making windscreen plaster plugs from my loaner Cheetah, the opportunity was available to make a mold of the entire car.

First re-pop revealed not too many deficiencies. This'll work for future iterations.

After seeing pics of a 1/24 Carrera Cheetah, I decided on a more visible color against Luf's and my track's gray finish.

One of my favorites, Camel Yellow.

Thanks for the body, Dan.

I got it trimmed out today and thought I had a chassis for it, but it is just a fraction too long. I will build a new one for it with side pipes soldered to the pans like yours. Not sure yet what motor to use, but I am thinking an MRRC slim can inline. That way I can put nice wide meaty tires in the back.

Cheers,

Keith

Close to done. Installed windscreens, taped interior tray into place, glued in intake manifold, painted details and applied decals.

Got gas cap to do and rollbar but pretty much done, modelling-wise.

Ran it on Luf's Targa Burnaby and just got into the 7s, a pretty decent fastest lap.

Quite pleased with the overall results.
