What an excellent work...
May I summarize the working principle, to see if I understood it ?
Seen from rear :
- The left crown is simply screwed on the axle
- The right crown is fixed on the drive pulley and both are fixed on the hub
- This hub runs freely on the axle.
- The FAAS gear runs freely on the axle.
- There are three pinions installed.
If I am right, one final question - how did you fix the pinions in the gear ? Did you solder in their tiny shaft protrusions ? Or did you use the old trick with hammer and center punch ?
