Strombecker Mercedes 154 in resin

Postby btaylor » Sun Aug 16, 2015 4:54 pm

Added another body to the list this weekend. A very hard to find Strombecker Mercedes 154. This was never a home set car, it was in their trophy series of kits with brass chassis, and the devastator motor. Its a pretty good representation of the car, and is more scale than the home set cars were.Image

That sir is a beauty.
Needs Nice wire wheels and the chromed exhausts .
A bit of mesh for, the breather tube , and an MT motor for realistic speeds.
Perhaps BRM wheels , as it is deserving of the full monty.
Very nice Bob.

This will be fun to watch, especially the "Full Monty" part.

Nice choice Bob.
