I forget who has some background with these cars, so Its hard to give an answer generically. Mark does a nice Shotgun Ford cammer in 1/32! great detail on his castings too.

Are you sure that number is correct? The Paul Gage site lists these as PGT-22166FF fit 14.5x12 CB Design

The Slot Car Corner site lists PGT-20125LM or XPG-20125LM as fitting the CB 15 X 10 wheel or the 15 X8 wheel

AND SOMEONE MAKES A 1/32 Cammer!!!!! this just gets better and better...how do I contact Mark to order one (or more!)

The tires do stretch - they are referenced in this build - 132mods/RMSNOVA/RMSNova.html as well

On contacting Mark - all you have to do is send him an email detailing the items you would like and he will let you know the total back via email. I have bought a number of things from him and have always been pleased with both the quality and service. :)
