Hey everyone!
Just joined and thought I'd share this scratch built Formula 5000 Lola.

Very crude start:

Chassis -- 2/3 Scalextric McLaren M23, 1/3 Scalextric Ferrari 312T:

Rough fit -- (not much glued at this point):

First shot of primer, new windscreen test and 3 airboxes later:

That is simply fantastic!!! Absolutely astounding amount of work you've done and it looks so well done you could pass it off as a purchased RTR car.

Thanks Dave -- The body is sheet styrene...
I wished I had used it to make a mold as there are so many great liveries!
Anybody out there have a 3D scanner??
