This looks like the way to go!

You should check out or connect with the S.C.O.R.E. racers.
It seems like they do a great job running a Sprint and Midget program.

Maybe you can source a tail in resin or vacuform. It looks like you have added provisions to attach a wing... even in scale they work pretty well sticking the car down.

The straights are only 4 feet....A very short track....

One end has a tighter radius on the entry with an increasing radius on the exit...Makes for hard breaking going into it....Giving me 3 different turns....

The three sections make a 6'X10' track with 4' straits another 3' of straight would make it better ,I think....The adjustable power supply alowes the runnnig of the 40,000 RPM motors at 6 volts.....
