Yeah, well, remember that there are different formulas for figuring horsepower in electric
and internal combustion engines ( and still another one for steam engines ). That being said,
electric motors have full power through the entire RPM range, they don't peak at a specific
RPM. That means that you have full power the second you hit the accelerator. I hate the
thought, but electric cars are the future. There are already hybrids in racing.
