Those are going to be so cool! I just might have to give one or two a try. If it's small it's right up my alley. :)

David, it looks better and better every time!

Is the plan to cast it with the driver in situ? From my limited experience, you might have to cast the heads separately.

David.

I'll add my kudos. It really looks sharp. A field of these running together should be a hoot!

Here is one more of those items that gets utilized for an entirely different purpose than intended. Leave it to slot racers eh? :)

By the way...want to know what REALLY makes a great looking brick wall? You guessed it, those blocks. Mokid made a wall and shot them primer gray. I tell you, it looks like he made them from 1:1 stone.

Looks great Dave, I want one, or many. I had an idea. If you make a rear bracket for the motor that will also fit inside the body, and make a front bracket to hold the guide and axle, then glue it all inside the body with Goop. Presto, the body becomes a monocoque, and the goop will hold it tight, and can be peeled away if necessary. That might be easier than trying to fit a chassis under there.
Good to hear that a slim can fits. It would have been hard to find a suitable motor to stuff in there. A BWA or M/T slim can should have plenty of power for these little guys.
Looking forward to the test run update.

Cheers,

Keith

IT looks real good. dose the driver come with it? I have received 3 midgets from Dan, and would like to get a couple from you when you start pouring your body's. I have used my own type of chassis.

VERY cool! Having the "standard" slim can next to it really gives an idea of how tiny that is! WOW!
