Looks great Dave, I want one, or many. I had an idea. If you make a rear bracket for the motor that will also fit inside the body, and make a front bracket to hold the guide and axle, then glue it all inside the body with Goop. Presto, the body becomes a monocoque, and the goop will hold it tight, and can be peeled away if necessary. That might be easier than trying to fit a chassis under there.
Good to hear that a slim can fits. It would have been hard to find a suitable motor to stuff in there. A BWA or M/T slim can should have plenty of power for these little guys.
