Hey, you are welcome. It is a great tire to hang on the wall as it fits 14 and 15 size wheels.

That sure is one great looking car! I dont have that one in my collection (yet) but would sure like to add one.
I have a 250, and it needs a chassis like that one. Nice build Harry, and thanks for the tire tip, i have some on the way.

That came out really well! And, as someone posted earlier, the wheels and tires look great. I like the lightweight chassis, too; probably runs pretty quick now.

I've used Meguiars on boats, but never on plastic cars. Looks like a nice shine there. I wonder how it would fare with waterslide decals(?)

........and, it would fit right into the ROAR fun run that we're starting up now! What do you say?

Is there no need for the motor shaft to hold the gear in place when using those 1.5mm shaft Slot/it pinions? I had thought that you'd still have to sleeve the shaft beyond the pinion in order to keep the axle from moving around and fudging the mesh.

The car turned out great. I can't believe what a difference to the appearance a good shine can make. That's a pretty simple body by 1/32 standards, yet it looks on-par with the shiny wheels after you've polished it up.

Great chassis too. Who needs bushings, right? Seeing a simple yet effective chassis like this makes me want to try building one.

I did not sleeve the shaft as it's not centering the system. I cut the rear axle tubes to set the correct width.

Been using the wax with all of my builds lately. Really adds a deep shine and does not harm decals.

No sir. It will only give you a nice shine and help in resisting finger prints and normal handling. Not a substitute for a clear sealing.

Future is your Future. Well, Pledge FloorCare. I use nothing else. 2 coats and then a couple coats of this polish.

Unless you are using the lowest grade decals made that have not been sealed to the paper, this is your clear coat solution that is safe for your decals.

Thanks Jim. Will use same design on the 250. Not sure how it would work on the Cooper. It's a very low profile model.
