Rear lights for a Carrera 917K 1/124

The car is great without the lights, but I wanted the look. I used some 3mm, 3000 mcd red Led bulbs, some hookup wire and tapped into the rear light circuit on the digital chip. The bulbs are mounted in some plastic tubing that I inserted just on both sides of the spare tire.

This is the view underneath. The tubing is cut flush on the inside of the bulkhead so the motor pod will pass by.
