That particular forged brass motor bracket is available from Professor Motor, SCC, & other shops.

If you go to Harry's link above you can also find this one at about 1/2 the price. I'm not sure why the price discrepancy as they seem to be the same.

If you search on this forum for "honeycomb", you will find my tutorial and lots of other postings about using these blocks. To me the benefit of it is that you can set out the whole chassis and pin it in place and then solder it all at once. It also works well to use a pod such as Slot.it or Devis3d Design and build around it.
