G'day Guys,
All this beautiful talk about the upcoming Pioneer '68 Camaro release has got me enthused so I thought I'd tune my #17 Jerry Titus Ford Mustang.
I checked it out last night, out of the box it is a great runner, its got 192 grams of downforce (nett) and the motor does 9600RPM at the rear wheels, which is better than the first one of these I tuned, it must've been a bit of a dud (8200RPM). After water dipping I expect 9600RPM to get me somewhere in the ballpark in comparison to the Scaley T/A cars we have (plus the '67 notchback looks way, way cooler!).
Ive got some PG XPG's to put on the back of this car, other than the tyres the model will remain stock.
Guys, are there any tips that you can think of that are specific to Pioneer cars?
Cheers,
Rupert.
P.S. Have been looking through Cars on Line recently for US iron, found a '67 Titus "tribute" car, lovely, so was the 50K price tag, bit more than I want to spend at the moment, will content myself with the 1/32 scale version for awhile :)
