Denny, I like the black checkerboard paint idea for the Corvette!

The other Corvette builds look great!

I have this model in projects pile too...I was thinking of putting it on the Ninco Classic Corvette chassis. It looks like it'd be a good fit.

Boyz really feel this is one of their real standouts, there is no way you can miss this on the track!!

Next time they will see if Bibbster's daughter is available for the checkered painting, the duct tape sounded like a good idea, but getting those wrinkles out took quite a while!!

Enjoy some of the shots!!

Denny - the Boyz definitely deserve a thumbs up for that vette! Pretty slick idea to use the duct tape - definitely thinking outside the box! And the fact that they got it to lay flat is pretty impressive considering all the contours!

That looks very cool! 8-) Next time the Boyz want to do a checkerboard pattern they can get checker decals from Microscale, they're usually used by model airplane builders and they work very well and come in a lot of different sized checkers. :)
