I just finished the final rails cleaning, and I tested the outside lane (just wiring one powertap). It works great !

TOnight I'll make some slight modifications about the strawballs and fences. After testing, it seems that some of them should be moved for best eficiency.

If you have an IKEA, they have some excellent LED strip lighting that is sectional and adjustable for intensity. It would be brighter than a single neon bar. I have those too and they are cool but I think you might like the IKEA offerings - again, only if you have a store nearby.

The IKEA LEDs are a great idea, as I too was wondering how you could see under it.

In fact it's quite easy to see under the track, thanks to the 3 neon bars. But I still want to light under, so led strips may be a solution.

I'm currently wiring the track, I have been very busy, the goal is to achieve the oval track in the next 3 months. Basically, I just need to finish the wiring, and configure the PC with the arduino board.

The HO track will be completed next summer holidays, probably.

I'll keep you informed.
