SLS 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY

Hi everybody,
as some of you already know, we make slotcars only with 3D printing sls technology.
We started in 2014 and since then we have constantly upgraded the processes in order to produce better and better products.
Thanks to the addition of other SLS printers and having updated the "older" ones to latest specs we can now offer 3D printing on demand of your designs.
Here are some examples of bodies and parts 3D printed on our machines.

1/24 BODIES 3D Printed

In the pictures are shown some examples of our 1/24 Body Kits printed with our SLS printers.
Unlike 1/32 bodies, these are not post processed and are "raw" printed, but thanks to the bigger scale, the high quality of our prints can be appreciated.
Preparation for painting is very simple and will make a tutorial thread for preparation of 1/32 and 1/24 in the next days.

These look very nice. What else will come with the cars? Window, head and tail light "glass"? Mirrors, wings? Driver? Tray / full interior? And what chassis mounting options are available, if any? Also, why are you including the sun-shade part of the windshield (the upper part) on the Porsche and Ferrari models? - It looks odd and would make for a stepped windshield once you installed "glass".

I know the technology is new and opens up models that possibly may have never been available to the hobby until now, but realistically need to keep the cost in perspective with the cost of a similar quality model kit (and everything that comes with the kit).

in the attached picture you can see a complete 1/32 kit with all the bits included, only part not in the picture are the thermo formed clear parts
The chassis is designed to be compatible with slotit pods
The reason of the sun-shade on some cars (the Huracan for example doesn't have it) is to have increased resistance of pillars without compromising the scale look. For what concerns the "glass" installation is not an issue as the sun-shade and all the windshield profile are recessed by 0.4mm, and they fit nice and easy.

They look very good compared with most 3D prints, but why did you do the XJ13 as the current silly show car that Jaguar hawk around old car shows instead of the correct 1966 car, the one that would have raced if it hadn't have crashed in testing?

the reason why we reproduced the "silly" (but we honestly don't agree with your definition) version on display at British Motor Museum in Gaydon is because is the only "physical"reference we could use, as for the 1966 car (prior the 1971 crash at MIRA) there are only old photos and not very detailed.
In any cars the car never raced not because of the crash (that happened in 1971 while filming a commercial for the release of the E type 3rd series with V12 engine. First Jag production car with V12), but because the car's development (started in 1966) was very slow and the car wasn't ready in time for the 1967 LeMans edition. Due to technical regulations change for prototype cars for 1968 the car was put into storage.

Those look real nice. As a Carrera 1/24 fan, I could use a Lola T-70 made to fit on either the Porsche 917K or Ferrari 512S chassis. Personally, I wouldn't care if the wheelbase or track differed from original, it's just a body missing from the era.

Yes we do both 1/32 as Slot Car Kits at the cost of 69eur, and 1/24 as body kits at 89eur plus shipping
The 1/24 are suitable for Plafit and similar chassis, and good for chassis scratch building.

I just checked what the Australian dollar is against the EUR. And I'll have to wait till the aussy dollar go's up fair bit!!
1/32: 69eur=$110.92.aud.
1/24: 89eur=$141.92.aud.
