Hi Allan - thanks for letting me know that the Zep-mobile has arrived for it's 2nd season of Can Am fun and games... That's about 10 days postage time from just about as far away as you can get...
If it can do as well, if not slightly better, than last season I wil be quite pleased - proxy racing is such a journey into the unknown of guesses and assumptions that you think " yeah that should work, shouldn't it? "
Time will tell.....

That's half the grid now; two days to the target deadline.

Yes, the #70 is legal for this proxy.

The rules say that the wheels need to look reasonably period for the car and I think that these do. The wheel rule is really there to try to discourage blank insert wheels. These have a spoked appearance and, so, are good to race.

I agree that 3 numbers makes it easier to marshal the cars, as well as creating a more authentic look, but the rules are silent on the number of numbers that are legal for this series and since the number is clearly visible on the top of the car; which is generally that best place to view the number, it's good to race.

The car was SO fast the numbers RIPPED off and the inserts went FLYING. I hate when that happens.
