Here's a thread to keep everyone updated on the tracks that we'll be running on during this Can-Am Proxy series.

There will be a total of 10 tracks and we'll try to keep that in line with the old Can-Am theme of having equal numbers of races in Canada and the US.

Here's what we have so far from the Rules & Registration thread:

1. The River Run - US - Audi1 - mid-May
2. Rockledge Raceway - US - Doubl-B - early June
3. Wayne's World - US - smokeio - late June
4. Woodland Trace Racweway - US - Fast Co - mid July
5. Pebblestone Model Car Circuit - US - gascarnut - early August
6. MID-BC - CA - cygracer - late August
7. Aldorado - CA - giddyup - mid-September
8. GETCARS - CA - radarek - early October
9. Slot Car Racing Edmonton - CA - radarek - late Ocrober
10. Circuit Courville - CA - cgingras - mid-November

We have a full slate of tracks - thanks to all the hosts!

Hi Alan,

We have a number of routed wooden club tracks within our club (RMR) that could host...we are in Calgary, Canada and could slot in between Raderak and CGYRacer easily from a logistics perspective. We’ve also hosted several proxies over the last 10+ years.

We still need one more track in Canada! Trying to keep this to an even number of races in the US and Canada.

If we don't get another one from up north, then we'll have to fill in with another US track.

Getcars is the past... new is Slot Car Racing Edmonton. You can find us on Facebook. Over 2000 sqft of space fully devoted to slot cars.
3 road tracks:

1. Former getcars track shortened to 53 feet, 4 lanes, braided. Track mate.

2. Completely restored 3 lanes, 90 feet, 4 feet elevation change, flat latex paint, braided, track mate

3. Brand new 5 lanes, 113 feet, cnc machined, flat latex paint, braided, track mate

4. 1/8 mile in 1/32 scale drag strip. 1/4 mile under construction now.

Kichen, washroom, 2 drivers/ pits rooms to fill the story. All this is the effort of small group of friends and one gentlemen who simply opened his doors for us and made it what it is today...

Wow, those are something, nice spot too! Sure look like a treat to run on!
