Overall points after two rounds posted. Congratulations to Team Pacific for their very strong placings this round. There is a lot of Pacific teammates up at the top! Congratulations to Cameron for his momentum and building up his lead overall with his second straight win.

Thanks Allan for hosting Round #3 at The River Run! Here are the overall standings after three rounds.....wow we have a few ties! I don't believe I have seen this many ties, usually there is a little separation. Parity I think which is nice to see. Smokeio has moved up and is now tied with F1Fan at second....nice to see F1Fan have company! In fourth place we have a three way tie.....Aloha, Jimmyslots, and Cgyracer at 67 points. See what I mean ....I can't believe this many cars are bunched together in the top six with tied points. Followed closely behind by just a few points are several more cars Gas41T, Redlynr, Lance and Chrisguyw. Anything can happen!
Team Canada and Team USA closed the gap a bit on Team Pacific with no Pacific teammates placing in the top 4 this round (two Canadians and two Americans).....but the Pacific team is strong so they will be tough to catch!

Good heavens, what a bun fight! What is striking about this proxy is not just how competitive it is, but how many truly excellent cars are in the series. I am tied for 11th.... and I still think I have a good car!
Scary...
Thanks Rob for the quick and complete report: well done!

Gentlemen here is the updated overall standings. Team Pacific has pulled away a little more over Team Canada with a 9 point spread. A lot of close battles within the standings. Congrats again to the podium Smokeio, Jimmy and Camber.

Rob thanks as always for the amazing job you do with the score board, it is much appreciated. Good looking and fast (timely)...just like your #10 car! :)
I for one could not wait to see how things would change after round 5, and I am not disappointed! Surely this proxy must rate as one of the most competitive and closely contested slot car proxy events in the world...we already know it's the fastest! I am just flabbergasted to see how many cars are only separated by the smallest of margins, just fantastic. I am even happy to see my "arch-rival" :D taking over the challenge to the "champ from down under" and closing the gap!
Can't wait for the next round, congratulations once again to each and everyone that has a car in this series, you should all be very proud of your fine and very fast proxy car!

I'm amazed at rye races with in the race. The only one who has any distance between him is Lez in 15th place. F1Fan, you're so right this is the most contested proxy around with some of the best of the best from around the world. When ChrisguyW can build an inline that's in the top 10 you know we are in rare air. Simply incredible, I'm glad to be a part of this proxy regardless of finish.

It's a lovely spreadsheet, beautifully presented - but there is a glitch in the teams' scoring.....
( Puts on propeller-head excel hat...) in columns AB, AJ, AR etc. Lines 30-32 are picking up Line 59. Should be picking up Line 62....
I was wondering how the teams' points per round had gone down per round compared to the first round, analysing the formulas revealed the issue......
From one Data Analyst to another........

There's something wrong with the formula for the USA. The number is way too low.
