All, plans are being made to run Round # 4 at Lez's (Yebo) Canalami Raceway. Here are some pictures of the 70 foot wood track. Hopefully you all have some high gearing for this fast track!

I delivered the cars to Lez's place this morning and sure enough when he got home from his millwright job at the winery he qualified the cars already. Here are the results he sent me.....thanks Lez for being so quick qualifying!

Congrats to Racer944 and Radarek for the pole! Radarek has ran on this track before so his car had an unfair advantage I think :shhh:

Looks like we are getting a few guys together later today at the Canalami track to run this round. Expect results and comments to be posted tomorrow. My personal laptop puked not that long ago and I have not gone around to repairing the Windows 10 so I will post tomorrow from my work computer. Sorry for the delay I usually like to be on top of posting results / pictures sooner than the next day.

Sounds good... hate to see that Raderak car so high in the field.... it has been a blast to see these cars go. Good luck to all the car builders and drivers, have fun with these cars...hint, hint, if you need any Pioneer cars, you know who the distributor is.. thanks in advance for getting this going for me and the Pioneer line of slot cars.

Fast looking track. Looks like the dodges came now use there Hemins. I hope the :auto-nx: is hooked up.

Thanks for the qualifying run!!! Nothing like running a last place modified that runs as fast as a 10th place stocked. Good luck to all the builders!!!

Let me say thank you to Cgyracer and all who helped with qualifying. Both cars in the top 3. Hope they race just as well. Got to climb back up the leader board. That 6th place modified finish in round 3 sure put a hurting on my Hemi Dodge. Little Mustang is hanging in there. Needs a top five finish to help pull it up.

Who will knock SweatPea off of the Modified throne? Dariusz, Arrold, Tom, Brumos or 8wheels?

Can Pespi62 with 2 wins get off of the bottom in the Stock Class???? Who can knock Idle Time Racing off of the Stock Class throne? 10 points out for the Little Mustang that could!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great to see we are under way so quickly with this round.

Gee not a lot in the stock qualifying run, very close but we all know it can turn around under race conditions

Round #4 is all complete. The same three drivers raced in their respective lanes for the entire duration of the round. Three minutes per lane was ran for a total of 9 minutes for each car. Big congrats to the two podiums and all involved in this proxy.

We were quite surprised how good the traction was for most of the Stock class cars, well done builders! Brumos's car in it's first heat just did not feel right as the braking was tremendous and was difficult to drive. We took a peek at it and the flat plastic interior came loose and the interior was lodging itself onto the front wheels. We glued the interior back into place and the car ran much much better the last two heats it ran in. Car #77 Digital Springer his car suffered from a lot of understeer (coming off nose first entering a corner) as did Aaroldn's #79 car. Tin Indian's #37 suffered through a lack of traction, can't remember if this this the one car with one shiny rear tire.

We are going to try and set you all up on another track here in Kelowna to run another round. We need to do some coordinating to make sure it all works out.

Congratulations to the podium finishers. Glad to see the #1 Mustang That Could make the podium. What the heck happened to my Mighty MOPAR in the modified ranks? Two 6th place finishes will not get me back in the upper half of the leader board. I just knew this car would love this big long track? An comments would be appreciated. That other Dodge "SweatPea" is eating my lunch.
