Please give me some feedback about the video event. Do we want to televise this race as well? Not sure of the logistics on this track but we can probably make it work, if desired.

I was looking at your tires and there was a bit of a copper haze on the rear tires. Sorry I didn't notice this before. I cleaned them with lighter fluid and it came off ok. I don't know if this will help but we'll see at the next race. I've not done the other cars because I don't see the haze and I don't want to potentially mess up the balanced slide they have now. If anyone else develops this 'skating on ice' symptoms, we'll address those tires at the track.

Wow, that's quite the turnaround for Dan's car! In the interest of fairness, I wonder if it might be a good idea to clean all the rear tires with lighter fluid before the next race. Or at least clean mine!

Whoa, zero to hero. No doubt the tire treatment to clean the copper haze tremendously helped my car. Fortunately, my placing doesn't affect the overall standings.

Congratulations to the rest of the podiumites, TF1250 and Chrisguyw, for an all Canadian finish.

Astonishing results! Go Dreamboat Alice! Last time we did fairly well was the hill climb, where several of the guide flags were getting impinged... Thanks for the run on a beautiful track. Congrats to those at the top...

I'm thinking that all the tires should be cleaned with lighter fluid to re-establish a baseline. If anyone does NOT want their tires cleaned, let me know and I'll omit your car from the cleaning routine.

Austin - you have a very fast car - you just need to work on the handling aspects and this could be a dominant runner.

Thanks Dan for hosting. Fun to see some more changes in the top cars. Looks like this track surface is a gloss paint, a bit different from most previous tracks i believe.

I’m okay with the tire cleaning. After Cornerstone, we did all the car tires with water and a quick sand on a fine truing/cleaning station. At least, I thought I did all cars, I could have missed one...
