The HOST club is at the SCC today, and one of the classes were running are the Vintage Sportscars.
These cars are our slowest class, running motors like NC1's, MT1's and MT SL1's.

What a neat variety of cars. And so many different brands represented...
There's Ninco of course, but there's also Scalextric, Fly, Carrera, Pink Kar and MRRC
Thanks to the MT line of motors, it makes it easy to get all these different brands of cars into one class, and they all run very close.

My favorite class of car! I see some of my fleet in there and also see a few I want (but will never be able to afford). Sounds like loads of fun......I'm jealous :(

My favorite. I have been itching to dust off the classics and run them. There's some I haven't had time to tune yet, with all the doings next door. I can't wait.

That's a great class of cars right there, it just has fun written all over it!

Bob ended being our winner for the day, winning all 8 heat races he was in...
Here we crown him with the HOST trophy, with Destiny going along for the ride... :lol:

They have a name for pigs like Destiny - "Media Hog"....

Thanks that's good news I have always liked the Jag and I have been lookin at the 911 hard. Well maybe good news LOL I have the motors but now have to come up with money for the cars. Thanks again Jim

These are the most fun of any of our classes. The speeds are easy to handle and set-up time isn't too much. I raced 3 different cars and was able to win with each one even though they were quite different (Kellison, Corvette and AustinHealey). The SCC track is a real challenge with tight corners but the lap times are quite close for all the cars. If you want a fun class, look to making a few of these cars. They are Destiny recommended :lol: .
