Nah, the new Clubman is kind of cool, the old one is ugly. Looks like Carrera did a nice job!

Actually this is the Countryman not the Clubman. The Countryman is the four-door SUV-like Mini; the Clubman is the wagon-like version of the Mini with a small third door on the passenger side.

And yes, you can get an AWD version of the Countryman.

Just trying to keep the versions straight.

I have the Scaley version, and I'm not real happy with it. First off there are 2 versions, one with blacked out windows (mine ugh), and one with interior and windows. Nothing special, but the front end is kind of neat. I'll figure out something to do with it. :)

Cooper S GP-really fast and very expensive-limited run of cars each numbered and usually displayed on the outside of the car somewhere. Just did a very fast lap at the 'Ring. Not quite a track day car, rear seat deleted and faster motor, better suspension, but properly fast by all accounts.
Clubman (basically the same size as the basic Cooper but slightly longer and has little suicide door on passenger side)
Clubman S (slightly faster)
Clubman John Cooper Works (slightly faster much more expensive)
Countryman-larger 4 doors-different body-aimed at the small SUV buyer
Countryman S-
Countryman S JCW
Countryman 4All- all wheel drive
Paceman-2 door version of the Countryman just introduced
Paceman S?
Paceman JCW?
Moke-probably going to be sold as a smaller version of a Jeep
Rocketman-tiny and maybe being done-a prototype at this point-all glass roof-smaller than the normal Cooper

and Bayswater, Highgate, Goodwood, Hyde Park, Green Park and Bakerstreet trim editions of various models...

Yes 6 different bodies... but to further confuse things, MINI geeks do refer to their cars by the chassis. The Cooper hardtop is the R56, the first generation Cooper is the R53... the Countryman the R60.... it all gets quite nerdy LOL.

Dave, I have to say, that is a lot of research to get all that in one list posting. Thanks for that. I think I'll copy that to a file. I don't imagine I'll ever see all that in one spot again!
