I went to the ItaliaSlots site and did a translate on the text there. This is what I got in return:

To increase the braking on a DC motor you can either not have the timing set as advanced and you can increase the magnetic field. Perhaps the new Flat-6 R and the Flat-6 RS have this feature. You get the same increase in torque and power with this scheme. I am thinking they have upgraded to perhaps 'neo' type magnets?
I know I will be looking forward to picking mine up when they are released.
Do you have a date for the release here on the eastern US?
