The rubber bands move the tires, but not strong enought to sand them
If you are running on wood -you are going to have to replace the tires as they are somewhat hard
I have the subaru, rs200 and two 6r4 metros just as quick as the Avant slots?
haveyou considered a Fly Porsche sc as a donor chassis
-rear motor but with the resin weight it maybe ok?

They sell the chassis as a separate part.
I like my Subaru and MSC and will pick up more of their cars as they come out (Mini rally car and the Rothmans 959 Dakar car).
The motors in them are overpowered but i don't mind that. The metro goes fine around my little rally track more of a challenge to drive than say an NC-1 rally car. The chassis is adjustable. If you didn't want the Porsche wheels you can pick up a complete chassis from Pendleslot in the UK for $40-45 posted.
you will find them on Pendle's specials page
cheers
David

I have the Subaru that I converted to two wheel drive. With better wheels and tyres mine is now pretty close to NSR fast on a technical wood track. It totally blows my mind! This little upright rally car almost challenging an NSR Porsche 917!!! Phenomenal product: I would seriously consider the chassis kit if I were you
