Harry,
I like the sound of a 100% discount.
What's my discount since I only have 41 posts on your new forum? If it isn't very good, then I really need to up my game posting here.
Best regards,
Brian

Geez Harry, you are such a soft touch, good thing you have The General around to keep an eye on you or you'd give away the farm!

If you want to upgrade the axle and gears, Slot.it 19mm spur with the 6.5mm pinion is what I have on my 512's.

Yes, if it's inline, you'll need the 5.5mm pinion.
Also, check and see how the motor shaft is in relation to the rear axle. If the motor shaft is lower than the axle, you'll need the white offset Slot.It gears. If they are lined up, then you can use the standard colored gears.
I mention this because my Flyslot Porsche 997 motor was lower than the rear axle. I'm guessing your Ferrari could be also...

If you are concerned about fidelity to the real car, then you may want to go with BWA double dish wheels and the appropriate resin inserts. As nice as the SCC wheels are, they are not prototypical for the 512.
