Slot timing

I have a 3 lane routed track and would like to us slot trak as a timing system. I have built a light bridge and have a computer but where can I get light sensors and a cable that hook up to my computer. I like the ability to stop over the sensor to add more fuel to the car. Are they easy to make. I don't want to spend a fortune.

Harry you are right $40 is not to much but I would still need the sensors and some kind of phidget board right.

It appears so. I think with wanting options like refueling you will need one of these.
I am not that smart on all of that though, so my best advice is to email them and ask them what the bare minimum hard requirements are.
