This is one of my favorite CanAm cars and it will probably never be mass produced so...

I figured I'd give it a shot. Still needs some work and I really wish I was better at this sort of thing but I do think it will look pretty cool going around my track when I'm done.

Thanks fellas. I used the resin body often seen on epay. The rest of the car was gleaned from my parts bin.

Bill, thanks for the tip. It still needs a bit of finishing and tuning to get it where I want it to be. Its nice having this car in the CanAm grid.

My next Can Am project will be a Ferrari 612 Cam Am kit from DArthobbies. I'm waiting til it arrives to decide how to proceed with the chassis.

I have a CG Slotcars Shadow DN4 and am continuing to add to my Can-Am field.

Bob - I'm interested in you plans to build a Ferrari 612. Looking forward to what works for a chassis on the DArt body. Here's a photo from their website:

Well, the DN4 is just about done and ready to join the fray! The white McLaren is a DART kit mated to an HRS chassis. My 612 is also mated to an HRS chassis. Not sure of the origins of the body as I purchased this some years ago and it was clearly built by someone with skills FAR superior to my own.

I have these 2 kits as received from RMS, I have no use for PM me.

Thanks, the one on the right looks just like mine. I think I may finally know where my body came from. Whoever built mine did an amazing job of it.

I've had this one for so long I almost forgot about it. I didn't do a very good job of detailing this one but at least it runs super well. Racer wheels/inserts. Fly 512 chassis. Body from?

Paul.....that open 312P is pretty also! I love the 312P....almost forgotten between the 512 variants and the championship winning 312PB....but so low and wide and beautiful.
Not sinuous like the P4.....not brutal like the 512....but prettier that the 312PB.

A great pair of cars!
