An entire day in the basement! Woohoo! Here's what I accomplished:

1) I re-motored my entire Ninco fleet with M/T-1 motors. I cannot tell you how much I LOVE Mark's motors! They are simply the most easiest way to get cars back into your rotation - silky smooth power and a real joy to drive! I added Paul Gage tires to a few, tuned them all, and voila! Instant gratification. If I smoked, I'd need one after driving these cars now!



2) I finished my footbridge! All handrailings are complete and the weathering is now finished. I am seriously chuffed!







3) I finished my flags for my pits. I'll post a how-to shortly!



So, what's next? Well, over the next few days I hope to finish these - 1 of my McKee Mk6's for Mr. McKee, 2 for me, 1 of my M1b McLarens, and my George Turner M1a. Stay Tuned!

As for the flags, is that what your doing with all those dum dum sticks??

Ted - I'm not that crazy! Simply brushed on some grime and dirt and hit a few areas with a sanding stick. As for the Dum-Dum sticks - thanks to some wiseguy sending me a 3 pound bag, I've only got 300 more flags to make...

Ember - I do have a few minor things, but my Football (American style!) team plays tomorrow and I've got my seat on the couch picked out! And, I'll sneak off to the dungeon for some laps, I'm sure! BTW - did you get my email? Your motors should be there this week!

Nice cars David. The bridge looks very good, wish I had that skill set. I've been so busy with Christmas stuff I'll be glad when it ends, then maybe get some projects done, whew! :)

Tony - your comment makes me laugh. I see everyone on here doing tons of work and then realize it takes me weeks to finish one repaint - I feel like a complete slacker most of the time!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!! You gotta love those MT/1 motors, I've done a count and I only need a 100 or so to do what I want :lol: Baby steps I presume.
I can't wait to see how you did the flags. I've been trying to come up with something I like and have failed to do so.

I don't even know where to start on that bridge.....just ridiculous. Very well done.

Question on the MT/1 motors. How are you (and everyone for that matter) gearing them? Basic 9/27 inline; 11/36 s/w or something else?
