Should anyone decide to jump 'up market' just be prepared for the LMM's to make your other cars seem..... a little more toy like..... ;)

The Mirage was a reshaped GT40. The rear roof line and shape was one area. Some had 305 GW Ford engines.

Hey Bruce, I think you nailed it with the P68 comment. From the windshield on back, it's a lot like a short-tailed P68, almost like they formed the roof on the same buck.
They must have known that the aero on the front end was the P68's problem. Solution...take the rear of the P68, chop it, and stick a successful nose on the front from a GT40.
