Whoa, that looks a lot more shiny than the 1:24 'aluminum' version. Does that have a chrome finish?

Why would they make a chrome plated car? I don't get it - and won't get it.

Pretty sure it's supposed to be aluminum, but that's pretty shiny for aluminum. Still looks kind of cool, so I'll just wait until I see it in person.

Does anybody know what MaxTraxx tire fits the Cheetah?

It's to tell what color it's molded in without taking it apart. As you know, that's kind of a pain. The underside looks silver too.
As for the chrome.....to each there own.

Carrera did this before with the James Bond Vanquish car, I have it, it is chrome and it will short out your track if you flip it :o

That's a pretty car to go with the others in the range that are also super pretty. Plus it's quite a nice runner with minimal tuning too. I put a set of IndyGrips on the back of mine and it runs really nice on a wood track. It could handle more horsepower though.

Yes, the Furry is a nice car all around. And he is right, every one they have made looks good. One if the nicest modern GT cars you can get for your money IMHO.

So they made a chrome car after one shown in the photo. Cool. If you don't like it, just pass on it.

Collectors and Cheetah fans will swallow them up. It is not one I have to have, the race livery ones I have are keeping me happy until another one comes along.
