Pioneer mustang hockey stripes Help Needed

I am painting a Pioneer mustang for my dad who had a 1:1. I have got the body painted, but I can't seem to find any white hockey stripe decals for the car. I am trying to get the car done for my dad's birthday. If anyone has any laying around I could really use the help. Don't know how much they cost just let me know.

What's a hockey stripe? Is it the stripes down the center line of the car? If so, can it be done in tape
