Teams and drivers, HRW (Harry) is providing sponsorship for the first ROAR fun run proxy, by giving us some really nice prizes to go along with the racing series.

First, he's donating two sets of CBDesign wheels! We'll have a drawing at the end of the series and the two winners will each get a set of these really nice wheels.

Ditto those horses from Stuttgart and Italy. Seems a circle with three-pointed star would give it a nice place to drape itself while gathering some sunny warmth.

OK, yeah...but a guy can fantasize a little.

Mc, Did you find a solution to your 300 SLR body problem? I hope so and I'm taking the M-B logo as a positive sign................... :pray:

No, not so far. Have been cruising the usual sites and auction boards, but not found (or it seems just missed) opportunities. Had spent a lot of focus on the body, figuring the mechanicals would be easy; so am focusing on the mechanicals now while hoping that a Le Mans 300 SLR shows up on ebay with enough time left to redo the graphics.

Hope dies last.
