According to Slot Magazine MR Slotcar is finally bringing out 3 new slot cars. A Porsche 911 GT1, a Ferrari 333SP and a Jaguar XJ220. I'm really looking forward to all three, especially the Ferrari 333SP. I have the old SCX 333 and from time to time contemplated what would be necessary to make it competitive, Now, hopefully I won't have to bother.

I understand that it is tough for a small, almost bespoke slot car manufacturer to develop new products. However, there are some manufacturers whom believe have severely hurt their credibility over the past few years: I unfortunately consider MR Slotcar to be one of them. All this to say I will believe it when I see it. Revo Slot on the other hand have been rather good at producing new cars. I would like one of their Ferrari 333's for sure and I suspect it will likely be available before the MR Slotcar version. But I would be most happy to be proven wrong.
